The Swansea crew of the Welsh Air Ambulance has carried out it's 19000 mission.
The Air Ambulance which is supported by charitable donations has been in the air since 2001.
In that time it has caried out countless lifesaving flights specialising in those inaccessible areas where conventional rescue is either impossible or too time consuming.
The latest rescue was to a walker in difficulty on the Brecon Beacons.
