The British Heart Foundation Swansea to Gower Bike Ride enters it's 25th year.
The annual event is being held on the 22nd June.
There are three routes for people to complete. These are 12,28 or 46 miles.
The event is open to individuals and teams and promises to be as usual a really great fun event.
The organisers are looking for supporters to help with the organisation as well as competitors and of course lots and lots of spectators.
