The Royal Naval Reserve held a recruitment day in Swansea recently.
The objective is to boost the numbers of the Royal Naval reserve.
The expectation is that recruits give up 24 days per year training and working alongside fulltime Navy personnel.
The benefits are to develop leadership and survival skills whilst undertaking a very different challenge.
