Swansea University has decided to sell Hendrefoilan House.
The historic property that dates from the mid 19th century has become surplus to requirments with the development of the seaside campus complex on Fabian Way.
In recent years the house has been the subject of concerns from conservationists who felt that essential repair work was being ignored.
The expectation is that hendrefoilan House will be acquired for either a hotel,offices or conversion into luxury residential accomodation.
