The Swansea University campus development continues with a new student accommodation phase started.
The £50 million development will see the construction of 540 student flats on the campus at Fabian Way.
This phase of the build will be completed by 2016 .
The University is now well advanced with the main campus development which will be open for students in September 2015.
This will include cutting edge educational and research facilities as well as catering for the social and well being needs of the large student population.
This landmark construction is fittingly being built on the main gateway in to Swansea showcasing the city's commitment to being the fast growth destination in Wales.
