A Swansea soldier based in Afghanistan is doing his charity bit by completing a series of gruelling physical challenges.
He is looking to perform the exercises 453 times - corresponding to the number of servicemen that lost their lives in the conflict.
Sergeant Stephen Hughes is hoping the challenge will raise £5000 which he will donate to the Royal Hospital in Chelsea.
