Swansea traders and NCP have arranged reductions in parking charges in city centre car parks.
The charges have bneen reduced to £1 per hour for the first three hours.
This makes parking in the centre of the city one of the cheapest in Wales.
This is all about encouraging more shoppers into the centre.
