Swansea University scientists are involved in research to save the sea turtle.
Apparently as the sea temperature rises with global warming there may be a harmful effect on the ability of sea turtles to reproduce.
However the indications are that the temperature needs to rise to about 29 degrees.
Whilst this may not be good fo turtles it may do wonders for Swansea as a tourist destination.
On the other hand if we continue to see global warming you may start seeing Turtles appear in the waters of Swansea Bay as they look for cooler waters!!!
