The New York Times conducts a review of the property scene in Swansea and the Gower.
The famous and much heralded American Daily paper recently ran a feature looking at property on the Gower.
Also, they took the opportunity to look at the Gower countryside in a very positive way.
They discussed the pros and cons of Gower living with local agents also pointing out that the area has become a magnet for second home owners.
The real benefits of living on the Gower were of course the abundance of beaches - including those voted as some of the best in Europe ( if not the world!) and the fantastic variation in wildlife and landscape.
So there you have it - don't be surprised if we see an influx of wealthy New Yorkers coming down Fabian Way before long!
