Swansea locals have saved the day and their Post Office in a battle to keep the service open.
In fairness the Post Office in Morriston was not going to close but hopefully transfer to a retailer within the town.
It seems that those plans were not working out and so the Post Office has had a rethink and instead will not only keep the existing building open but also invest in making improvements to it.
This is great news for Morriston locals as they will now continue to have access to the full range of services that only a main Post Office provides.
