Swansea's old library in Alexandra Road has reopened as part of the University of Wales,

The famous old building which served as the city's central library until 2007 was aquired by the University in 2011.

They have extensively refurbished it creating an exhibition centre as well as housing it's School of Design.

The building has been renamed the Alex Design exchange to reflect it's new lease of life.

Great to see city centre buildings being brought right into the 21st century.
