Swansea High Street regeneration continues with £25m investment.
The successful turnaround in the fortunes of Swansea's High Street continues.
The area that was and still is a key gateway that visitors to the city pass through if they arrrive by train was falling into total disrepair.
However a concerted programme of reinvestment has seen a reversal.
There are new office,retail and residential developments including the Evening Post offices and a substantial social housing programme.
The latest investment will see the redevelopment of an old warehouse into small office and business units.
The aim is to attract new and starter businesses and bring a new vibrancy to the area.
This is fantastic news not just for the High Street area but also Swansea generally -great stuff!
