The Swansea High Street redevelopment plans continue with second phase of the Urban Village.
The plans will see the building of seventy six apartments, retail space and eateries.
In addition there is a planned creative hub.
This will be office space dedicated to the creative media.
All in all this will make a massive contribution to the rebirth of the long neglected High Street and Strand areas of the city.
And importantly as this is the rail gateway to the city it will be the first view visitors have of Swansea.
Long overdue !
