Swansea firefighters were called out to rescue a cat on a hot tile roof.

The fire service received an alert to a cat that had got into difficulties after getting into a roof space in a house in Clase.
With the use of specialist kit to locate the kitty the animal was eventually enticed down.
I know that some people will question whether it is the best use of the emergency services.
I feel that as long as they were not responding at the expense of a human emergency it's a great training exercise and community service.
Anyway we are a nation of animal lovers.....!
