Gower College in Swansea is helping students to prepare for modern business life.
They are propviding a focus not just in the traditional areas of literacy and numeracy but also adding more entrepreneurial skills into the mix.
They are working in partnership with both primary and secondary schools in the area to strengthen pupils questioning and analytical skills.
This will hopefully equp students with a fully rounded skillset for the workplace of today.
The work that the college has done has been recognised both locally and on a wider platform with a nomination for international recognition of the breadth and scope of the programme.
