A recent survey has found that for people moving up the housing ladder Swansea is the best place to be.
After taking that huge step up onto the housing ladder the next biggest hurdle is the one moving up to a family home.
This gap has proved to be the most difficult for couples looking to start a family needing the extra room but possibly seeing a reduction in their income if one breadwinner should reduce their earnings.
In Swansea that gap to the second step is the smallest of all major cities surveyed.
So apart from all the other benefits of living in Swansea it is now the best/easiest place to be when you choose to really settle down and start a family.
We all knew that didn't we? ( the trouble is everyone else does now!!)
