A yoga festival will take place in August at Three Cliffs Bay on Gower.
This festival of calm and inner peace willtake place from the 8th to the 10th August.
All are welcome from those practitioners who are experienced to those who have only recently developed an interest.
The festival will also feature vegan and vegetarian cooking so mind soul and body will all be catered for.
You can get as involved as much or as little as you want with tickets for sessions or for the whole festival ranging from £20 to £50.
Children under 14 have free entry.
