The Save Britain Money contact centre - as featured on the BBC has again been voted one of the best places to work in Britain for the second year in a row.
The company one of Swansea's big employers has always had a unique approach to team bonding and teamwork as we have all seen in the fly on the wall documentaries.
The company boss Nev Wilshire has generated a lot of praise and comment for the robust way he approaches people management but evidently it works with the positive reaction from his workforce.
