The Mumbles redevelopment is now well underway with a recent visit by the Welsh Secretary no less.
The area around the Tivoli amusement arcade whilst holding nostalgic memories for some was in drastic need of updating.
Mumbles which continues to grow in it's chicness still has bits that need work and this is definitely one of them.
Anyway a developer is now advancing plans for shops restaurant and leisure facilities that will be in keeping with the image that local traders in this upmarket seaside area of Swansea are trying to portray.
The Secretary of State for Wales paid a recent visit to Mumbles and at the same time gave a positive endorsement for the improvement works.
