The Post Office has undergone a major refurbishment in Swansea but this has caused some headaches for shoppers.
The post office which is located within W H Smith in the Quadrant has overhauled it's counter service.
This has apparently led to a reduction in the number of serving positions and as a result seen a big build up in queues within the shop.
The PO has been quick to respond and as they state that they take customer service very seriously will take the steps to make sure that hard pressed shoppers who use their service will not be inconvenienced in the future.
The Post Office is a key part of the retail centre of Swansea and needs to be fit for the job.
