Plans unveiled for 270 houses on the Swansea University campus at Hendrefoilan.
Work is likely to start in 2015 on the development of 20 acres set in woodland that has been home to thousands of Swansea undergraduates over the years.
The developer St Modwen who will start work as the first phase of the exciting University Bay development completes.
The University have pointed out that with the levels of development and the associated jobs and services that will be created both during and following the works completion that they will make a contribution of upwards £3billion to the regional economy.
