Swansea Council propose new affordable homes for Morriston.
A proposal has been put forward to demolish an existing site and build twenty six one and two bedroom flats in Morriston.
These will be part of a social housing initiative on the Morfydd House site.
There will be provision for parking as well as the retention of existing trees and greenscape.
