The Mumbles Marvellous weekend went off with a bang!
Even though the weather was not always kind - is it ever? the festival was as spectacular as anticipated.
Against a backdrop of Oystermouth Castle and Mumbles' unique village atmosphere there was a very full programme of music and poetry with a Dylan Thomas slant - this in his centenary year.
There was also a fantastic performance by the 48 piece Welsh Festival Orchestra.
The weekend was a great success attracting over 3000 visitors.
This was a fabulous example of local traders and the community coming together to promote all things local.
