The Food Standard Agency has highlighted its list of hygiene ratings.
There are lists on their website detailing what rating every food establishment holds.
The ratings are based on three criteria and range from 0 - 5.
The areas considered are
1) How hygienically food is prepared,cooked and stored.
2) The condition of the premises that the business uses.
3) How good the systems are within the business to track and monitor foods and food systems.
The ratings from this week have to be displayed at all food premises.
