TV presenter Griff Rhys Jones in a series of programmes that looks at Wales stunning scenery and meets some of its interesting inhabitants this week visited Gower.
Whilst there Griff spent time on the rugged coastline visiting caves and legendary monuments before learning the art of cockling.
He then met a farmer who specialises in rearing Salt Marsh Lamb a particular and much prized delicacy.
Having gathered the ingredients he was asked to prepare a meal for a rugby hero - Terry Davies who admitted that whilst a Swansea hero was actually born in Llanelli.
( Not as bad as Griff - born in Cardiff!!)
