A famous shop in Swansea's Oxford Street is to be redeveloped into apartments.
The old Leonard Charles department store is to be redeveloped.
The shop - a city centre store that enjoyed great success in the 70's and 80's is to be converted into a series of residential units.
The city centre which has had some improvement work still needs to see ambitious plans to move the city firmly into the 20th century.
Plans such as this will help but we still need developers with foresight and planners with courage to see Swansea realise it's full potential.
But a great start!!
