Work is due to commence on a new road from Swansea city centre to the Liberty Stadium.
The £4.5 million project - including grants of £1.8 million from the Welsh Assembly will ease the congestion along Neath Road in Hafod also reducing the pollution levels that have been recorded at intolerable levels around Dyfatty.
The project unfortunately will take three years to complete but will ease traffic problems especially on a match day once and for all.
Also the new road will open up development sites along it's path.
Sounds like a great idea !
