Swansea City Council have announced a series of economies and cuts to save £45m over next three years.
This is largely from the impact of cuts further up the line from the Welsh Assembly Government.
The savings will be made in a variety of ways but will include some redundancies from the Council workforce.
Efficiency savings will be sought from all parts of the council with any reductions in services closely looked at to hopefully have the least impact on residents.
