Plans have been revealed for a huge housing development on the old student village in Swansea.
With plans well underway for the new Swansea University campus on Fabian Way to welcome students in 2015 the Uni authorities have put the old student village up for sale.
The 50 acre site will be redeveloped with up to 300 houses planned.
Currently Hendrefoilan is home to 1600 students who in future will be housed within the new campus accomodation.
The developers have promised that they will retain much of the woodland that is a key feature of the site.
