The huge project to expand Swansea University is well on track.
The £250m project - a three way partnership between the university,Government and industry is already being hailed as a big success.
The University realised as long ago as 2000 that they were running out of space on the Singleton Park campus.
The new facilities when complete will rival any other university in the UK.
And its by the seaside!
