Swansea museum to recreate Dylan Thomas's pub as an exhibit. They have lovingly recreated an authentic 'snug' complete with bar, beer pumps and even a cigarette machine.
The room has been furnished with reclaimed bar fiitings from a recently closed Swansea drinking venue.
The museum staff have even managed to complete the atmosphere with nicotine coloured wallpaper.
Of course while Dylan is always regarded as someone who enjojed the convivial atmosphere of the public house and that is why the exhibit needed to be integral to this exhibition it does also include representations of other parts of his colourful life.
These include references to the Gower and the Uplands as well as the Kardomah coffee house.
