At point of sale I was told that the bow window would be fully insulatedat top and bottom but they didn't have the board with them but came back a few days later and insulted the base but not the top as I was told it would be. The 10 year guarantee was for only frame and fitting, not all as lead to believe at point of sale

Front windows and door July 2015. We were pleased with the service we received. Two nice window fitters. They did the job in the time we were told and cleaned up thoroughly. We have found no problems with the windows and door, and they look nice!
