Professional and courteous service right from initial enquiry to the manager, through the surveyor and down to the completion by the fitters. Everything went to plan and timescale. The fitters provided protective coverings and cleaned up well afterwards. We are delighted with the product and the finish and would recommend this company.

We have dealt with Nick and PVCu Direct for a number of years, including the installation and fitting of new bedroom and lounge windows in May.<br><br>From Nick submitting the quote to Al and Mo fitting the new windows, we couldn't have wished for a better experience. What you are quoted is what you pay, no haggling or pressure to sign now for a better price, you are left in peace to make your decision. Their after sales service is also second to none.<br><br>The fitters were great, they were polite, very helpful and respectful and cleaned up when they finished every day, they even re-hung the curtains in one of the bedrooms for us without being asked, so kind and thoughtful of them.<br><br>We wouldn't go anywhere else for our doors and windows and an added personal reason for us supporting PVCu Direct is the amazing amount of money that Nick and his team have raised for the Walsall Breast Cancer Self Help Group. An amazing volunteer organisation who support women like myself, who have gone through breast cancer.<br><br>We wish Nick and all at PVCu Direct continuing success and wholeheartedly recommend them.

I have used PVCU Direct recently for new windows and some building work and new patio doors. I also used them 15 years ago in our old house for conservatory. All work done to a very high standard. Excellent service from first phone call right through to fitters. Highly recommend this company.

Very friendly and helpful staff, appointments kept as arranged as was the quote. Fitters arrived on time, very pleasant guys, was very pleased with their workmanship and made a great job cleaning up after fitting the new front door and side porch, excellent quality. Would recommend to friends.
