I was with my previous legal firm since 2005. My solicitor retired couple of years back, and standard of service went downhill. I moved from them to Pickfords last year. The service I have had in buying and selling my properties is commendable. Rachel MacDonald has helped me to complete sale of my house recently and has been very professional and was always available to communicate and to update me of the progress. If standard of service stays the same my business will stay with them for years to come.

I couldn't have asked for a better solicitor than Rachel. She was quick to reply to messages, available on email or phone when I needed to speak to her and I felt supported throughout the more frustrating parts of the process towards the end. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use again myself!

I have just sold my business through Pickfords and can honestly say I have nothing but praise for how they conducted themselves. From the first phone call the advice was clear, honest, and helpful. I honestly cannot recommend this firm highly enough. I recently purchased a house, using Pickfords as my solicitors and I could not be happier if their work especially for such competitive fees. Natalie Fitzhugh represented me and deserves special mention. To say that the property developer on the other side of the purchase was very trying would be an understatement however Natalie was well prepared, thorough and resilient when dealing with their bombardment of emails, all whilst being at the end of the phone for me if I ever needed to ask a question.

Jas Singh and his team, Nisha and Cecilia, acted on my behalf , selling my business. This was by no means a straight forward or ‘easy’ sale. To begin with they had to ‘come onboard’ after previous solicitors let me down half way through the sale, we also had the COVID19 pandemic to contend with and I also lost my husband . Throughout this time they remained supportive, especially with their vast knowledge, helpful and available. This is the first time I have ever sold a business so they had to guide me all of the way, which they did avidly.

As is the case with these sorts of transactions it turned out to be more complex that we initially thought! However Jas and his team were superb.
