We are first-time buyers and we couldn't be more thrilled with our choice to use Pickford Solicitors.<br>From the very beginning, Daljit and Esther were incredibly helpful, guiding us through the entire process.<br>Our offer was accepted in June 2024, but due to the seller's passing, we were caught in an 8-month probate. Despite the delays, Daljit and Esther kept us informed with weekly updates through their app, and we were always impressed by their quick email response times (usually within 24 to 48 hours).<br>They made what could have been a stressful experience much more manageable, and we were over the moon to finally get our keys on March 28th.<br>Their professionalism, communication, and support were exceptional. We used Pickfords when purchasing our home and Harjinder was dealing with our case. We couldn’t be happier with the service she provided. As we were first time buyers there were at times things we were unsure of but Harjinder always explained everything really well and put us at ease throughout. We had a deadline for completion and have to say that Harjinder was the one who made it happen on time, she was always on the ball and chasing up others in the chain. Couldn’t recommend Harjinder enough and we will definitely be using her again in future! Thank you for everything!

We recently used Pickford for the sale and purchase of our property. We were hoping to complete before the stamp duty deadline so timing was very important. As luck will have it, we had Laura Bridgwater on our side. Among the many things we appreciated working with Laura is that she always responded to emails. I am so very grateful to Natalie and to Harpreet. Our sale/purchase journey should have been easy, but due to other parties further up the chain, it was anything but that! I honestly thought it was all over, but Pickford never let me down. They were on their game, and made my dream home a reality thanks to their perseverance and professionalism. Natalie and Harpreet really came through for me at a very stressful time and I know it was stressful for them too, although they kept me calm throughout! My only advice to others; be very careful when you pick a conveyance team. Truly. Some will take your money and don’t care about even looking at your file, maybe when it’s too late. We have used Pickford for our chosen solicitors for completing a number of pharmacy acquisitions and we also recently used them for acquiring a property. I have to say they are smooth in completing both aspects of deals. Aisha was allocated our deal. Any time we required communication or updates we were able to get from her. She provided full transparency and the obstacles the deal presented were efficiently overcome by her to allow us a completion well within our agreed time frame. Definitely recommend Pickford for pharmacy/commercial property acquisitions.

Today I have completed the sale of my parents home due to them both now being in care. Having used Pickfords Solicitors previously I did not hesitate in using their service again. Once again I can do nothing but praise the entire team from my first contact with Rachel McDonald, then with Harjinder Singh and finally Laura Bridgewater. Laura dealt with the majority of the sale and she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in assisting with my use of Power of Attorney to complete the sale.<br>All went well and from first contact to completion and I would have no hesitation in recommending and using Pickfords again.
