We had an emergency situation where our existing panels were damaged in a recent storm. NPES came out quickly to secure the panels and were then able to reinstall them on a flat roof. The original incident had occurred due to another company not securing the panels appropriately. NPES were able to provide a written support which helped me make a successful claim for the work too. Great help and services all round.

The customer service, workmanship and professionalism from start to finish was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble - I asked a lot of questions during the pre-installation phase and Jon and the team did everything they could to specify a solar + storage system that would work for me within the budget that I had. They have also been very responsive throughout.
The installers worked very efficiently, were very accommodating of the fact that I was working from home and nothing was too much trouble. They also kept me in the loop on progress, explained what they were doing and why, and answered any questions I had along the way.
I am very pleased with my system - I have been off grid since installation and everything is working perfectly.
Scaffolders also turned up to erect and dismantle the scaffold on time, showing that they have great management of sub-contractors too.
I would certainly recommend NPES Solar to anyone looking to install a solar system.

Great team at NPES, polite with a wide knowledge of different solar options. I appreciated working with the technical guys right from the first site visit and they have been quick to answer any questions. Our property has a complicated older terraced house layout but they worked really hard to find the least intrusive cable runs and a neat system installation under the 1st floor stairs. Very happy with the amount of power generated and especially with the battery storage meaning we can use solar power in the evening too. Wouldn't hesitate recommending them to others.

Two years on from having 10 panels plus battery installed by NPES so time to write a review… From the moment the NPES team came round to measure up for a quote, they were so much better than their competitors. They wanted to find a solution to suit us (our situation was complicated) and went to considerable lengths to find it. The people who measured up were also the fitters so when they turned up to install it, we got exactly what we’d agreed in the quote. After two years we have generated more energy than we have used from the grid and couldn’t be more satisfied with product, quality of work and thought put in to our installation 👍😁
