We’ve just had our solar install completed by NPES and we cannot speak highly enough of the way they approached this work. We are total solar novices and they gave us confidence and clarity from the start. One of the important things for us, given solar is a massive learning curve for us, was trust in the information and service we were getting. Jon, Gary and Matt have been very attentive to detail, worked to a high level of safety and standards. When they spent a long time with us, in person and by email, answering all our daft questions, and on the details of how/where everything would be installed, taking care that we would be happy with how it all looked or whether it would be disruptive, we knew they would be our installers. They are not the cheapest quote we got but we felt that the expertise and service levels were exceptional.

They installed the system in a very professional way. There was such a great feeling of good humoured teamwork that it was a pleasure to have them in the house. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anybody and will be using them again myself.

With having the battery option fitted and moving my energy around I am able to charge the battery up on the cheaper supper off peak, when it a rainy days. The lads at NPES done a nice clean job.
