Booking our holiday with Louise was easy and hassle free. She is very efficient and our booking confirmation was with us in no time. The hotel we booked later had building work going on and we had to change to another hotel. Louse’s recommendation was absolutely perfect and we couldn’t have had a better hotel or holiday. It was again all sorted for us efficiently and hassle free. Thank you Louise.

All I can say is Louise has the patience of a saint.<br><br>Having booked our original holiday via Louise we had lots of issues at home, which meant many conversations around changing hotels, changing countries, looking at when we could, and couldn't get refunds switch balances etc all of which was in the small print that Louise understood so we didn't need to try.<br><br>Louise did all of the correspondence with Jet2, so we didn't have to. She checked us in and sent through our confirmation, too, so we didn't have to stress at all.<br><br>I think she became an agony aunt to us in the end, but did it with kindness.<br><br>I'd definitely use Louise again, although I wouldn't blame her if she didn't want us!<br><br>We had a fabulous holiday, everything was perfect and exactly what we needed after a very crappy year.

We booked a city break with Louise from Not Just Travel to Palma Majorca , everything from the initial booking to the flight tickets and itinerary were taken care of for us absolutely seamlessly, Louise informed us of the progress right from the start and made the whole booking experience one I would highly recommend , we have never used a third party to book breaks before but now we have we wouldn’t opt to do it any other way , Louise was perfect from start to finish , Thank you

Everything was perfectly organised, from luxury hotels and knowledgeable guides to smooth transport and unique local experiences. Louise was professional, responsive, and made the whole trip stress free. Highly recommended for anyone planning a trip to India!

Booking our recent trips with Louise has been an extremely easy and "stress-free" process. Our most recent trip was to Iceland, a place we’d never visited before. Reaching out to Louise with a rough idea of what we wanted to achieve. Louise then researched and provided 3 options – she was so knowledgeable which was invaluable for me to book the right tours and getting an action packaged itinerary to all the best sights.<br><br>Importantly with Louise don’t just think that it has to be custom itinerary holiday – TUI / Jet2 style family holidays and cruises – all no problem too!<br><br>Not to mention also that well it’s cheaper than booking directly with the main stream providers! Even if like my wife you like to “browse” for holidays, simply find the one you like and Louise I’m sure would be able to find the same package or even better alternatives.<br><br>Everything is secure and ATOL protected just like it would be booking direct with other providers.<br><br>I’d 100% recommend Louise to anyone booking a holiday – total no brainer!!
