The Empire Sutton Coldfield is different from most chain cinemas. The striking art deco building was first opened in 1936, and much of the original architecture is still visible both inside and out.
There are four screens dedicated to providing a great cinema experience for film fanatics of all ages. Every Saturday and Sunday morning they screen family films at pocket money prices. And Wednesday is Empire Seniors day, when they show a selection of classic and recent releases with a cup of tea and a biscuit beforehand - all for just £3.50 per person
Watching a movie wouldn’t be the same without snacks. Popcorn, hotdogs and a range of refreshments are available from the foyer. Parking is free and just outside. And self-serve ticket machines are available to help you avoid the queues.
