My property had been on the market for well over a year with no joy. My neighbour put his property on the market with Edwards and Gray and it sold within a week. I then spoke to him and he gave me positive feedback so I decided to contact them. I had no knowledge of the company so was sceptic at first. When I finally met Charlotte she was very professional and not overbearing not previous estate agents and was realistic with how I should go about listing my property and what I needed to do. I made those adjustments and she returned a week later and took the necessary images. Within a few days property was on her website that was very stylish and easy to navigate through. The pictures were clear and really showcased my property Within 6 weeks of it being published I had an offer in August 2024 that I accepted. During the exchange process which was frustrating on my part due to it being part of a divorce settlement Charlotte remained empathetic and kept the buyers informed during my difficult time. Sale was completed in mid December 2024 without any hiccups. I would definitely recommend the company and use them again in the future.
