Arranged an appointment with Accord Legal Services in making a Will. We were contacted by Sarah Danbury, who was very friendly and helpful in explaining the process which I thought would have been a simple process! I am an NHS Nurse diagnosed recently with a serious health condition. I thought would get a will in place. Contact initially was prompt. explained about my health and importance of getting a will promptly. There was some upselling but that’s fine. I decided not to pay for the other services and just have the will offered for now. 12 weeks later and much prompting and anxiety re my health, without my will drawn up leaving my partner and assets vulnerable, the will arrives with multiple errors. My sister’s names divided in to 2 people and described as 2 friends! My name doesn’t include my Middle name throught mine and my partner’s will! I am concerned this has all been a complete and utter waste of my time.
UPDATE- was contacted today by team- very helpful and have now amended will as appropriate and assure me will be sent out first class this evening. Molly was very nice and professional.

So glad I made this appointment and got this sorted. Life admin is something I always put on the back burner! An initial conversation with Sarah Danbury put my fears at ease, and Sarah took me through all the options. There was no pressure and Sarah kindly gave me time to discuss everything with my family before finalising everything. Sarah was extremely professional, organised and knowledgeable and I have already shared details with my sister. I can’t recommend the service I received enough, it has given me peace of mind, and it didn’t take an immense amount of time.
