We arranged an appointment with Accord and spoke to a wonderful lady called Sarah Danbury. Sarah carefully guided us through all the information, allowing time for all of our questions and offered a range of options for the best Will to suit our needs. No pressure and no sales bumph. We felt really assured and informed. The whole process only took 45 minutes and we now have peace of mind. Thank you Sarah!

I signed up for the free online consultation. All communication from Accord staff was excellent and very professional. I was contacted in advice confirming the details of the booking as the date approached. It was a very informative and useful meeting where everything was clearly explained to ensure I understood my options and I was given time to go away and consider my these before I made any decisions - I didn't feel pressured at all which I appreciated.
