My name is Chris lanham I am a stroke survivor of 16 years. And over the last few months have been suffering with middle to right side back pain quite severe and left knee also quite severe. Both down to my limited ability to function my body in a normal way. So I was a bit unsure how physiotherapy would help me only having half my body working. I met bradie 2 weeks ago for the 1st time, he is a very calming man who obviously has a lot of knowledge on how the body works and gave me some movement's that I was able to do to loosen my unused muscles up a little, and though I am not completely pain free I feel more comfortable than I have done in quite some time I would not hesitate to use bradie again when ever I feel the need to do so. Very pleased

I have used physio motive twice now, once for me and once for my son, both times for knee injuries caused by football. The treatment we have received by Bradie for myself and Emily for my son has been outstanding.
The most recent treatment by Emily has been fantastic, she took the time to listen to what my sons goals were and how quickly he wanted to return, Emily gave honest feedback on what was most likely and spent time talking him through how he can speed up his recovery at home combined with her professional treatment.
If you are looking for a physiotherapist I would say look no further than Physio motive

Me and my dad went on a drive from Colchester and found this gem . Had ham egg and chips with whitebait side lol .my dad had the scampi . Can't fault anything . Lovely setting, lovely food and lovely staff .well done guys. We will be returning later in the summer to try the garden with the pizzas and outside bar

Super Sunday Lunch
Both the roast pork belly / loin and the roast sirloin were perfectly cooked and just melted in your mouth. The Yorkshire pudding was light and crispy and along with a great generous selection of veg meant we were pretty full.
However we did manage to share a delicious rhubarb roly poly pudding with custard. We had not booked but were able to have an outside table.
The staff were all very friendly and helpful providing an excellent service. We will definitely be returning.

First time at this small theatre in Sudbury. Friendly welcome, nice bar which was not expensive. Only about 120 seats but comfortable. Small car park outside with plenty of free parking in Quay St. They dont issue tickets just check your name on entry. Nice place...

An oasis of quality and calm. Table reservation was easy, although I'm not sure we had needed to.
The lunchtime food was excellent, the wine good (not to mention the pot of tea!) and the service just right. To top it off, the prices were very fair.Couldn't have been better. We'll be back.
