Bradie at Physio Motive was great after I had torn my Meniscus in my knee.
He was able to make space for me the following day and quickly confirmed it was the Meniscus that had torn.
He talked me through why it had torn and the best approach to healing it and over several weeks gave me exercises to get it back up to strength and to make sure I was walking correctly and not damaging other parts of my body that were picking up the slack.
I couldn't recommend Physio Motive enough. As a self employed contractor I thought I would be out of work for weeks unable to walk. Bradie had me back to work in a week on light duties.

As result of experiencing excruciating pain within months of a hip replacement, I was offered an ultrasound scan which showed I had developed tendonitis. I have been following an increasingly challenging exercise regime with Alex, plus massage, and am now back to normal. Not only has the tendonitis subsided, but my hip joint has been greatly strengthened.

The diagnosis was surprisingly quick and I had every confidence that Alex was aware of my condition.
Subsequently he advised and personally manipulated the area of concern and well within the initial time frame I was advised of the problem cleared up.
