I can’t recommend Bradie and Physio Motive enough. I have had knee issues for years and after a few sessions and advice for exercises to do at home and the gym my knee has never felt better. I later developed plantar fasciitis and after a number of sessions along with rehab exercises it has almost entirely disappeared!! More recently I developed a suspected a quad tear. Bradie saw me very last minute and completed an Ultra sound and confirmed I had a grade two quad tear. He advised what rehab I needed to do and we have agreed to regroup in another 8 weeks to check progress. I would not trust anyone else with this type of injury!

The design makes it look like a plain/basic restaurant but the food was sooo good, with proper innovative creations bringing a combination of unique tastes together. Like the Merkel in Salsa Verde sauce and the Sea Bream with mashed cauliflower - Yum! Highly recommended
