Both my wife and I receive excellent care. The staff are personable welcoming and above all highly professional. The service is provided in immaculate, highly equipped consulting rooms. Wouldn’t dream of going elsewhere!

The vegan menu was disappointing. There were two choices as a main dish - Cauliflower steak or Gnocchi. These have been the only choices on the menu for over six months. As I don't like Gnocchi, I did try it, as a change from the cauliflower steak, but ended up only eating the peas, I am fed up of only having one choice each time I visit this restaurant while the non-vegans have at least six choices, so can have a different meal. This is really disappointing and means that I am reluctant to return even though the food is well cooked and tasty, and will be looking for other places to eat where the vegan menu is not an after thought.

Avoid, avoid, avoid. Acted as executor to my late mother. Complaint to the ombudsman for over charging and incorrectly calculating fees was upheld and remedy of £10,443.64 awarded. Took them 9 months to pay it.
Settled my mothers estate 4 years ago and retained part of the estate. Ignored all of my requests to have it returned. Only after involvement of police and SRA was it finally returned. Very stressful.

Wayman and Long held the will for my late father. They failed to inform his sons of his death and funeral although they informed the executor they woukd and this was completed on the cremation form one form.
Not only did WL not inform the family of the death or funeral they also told the executor to refuse permission for the family to have a copy of the funeral video, or my father's ashes.
WL refuse to communicate with anyone and even reported family members to the police for contacting them!

At such a difficult time in my life, I was glad that my mother had employed the services of Wayman & Long. They were efficient, compassionate, and highly professional, which meant that all matters relating to mum's estate were dealt with and finalised in a timely manner and without incident. I was particularly impressed with Phil, who worked in a very person-centred manner, ensuring the needs of all beneficiaries and the wishes of my mum were met throughout.
