First time at this small theatre in Sudbury. Friendly welcome, nice bar which was not expensive. Only about 120 seats but comfortable. Small car park outside with plenty of free parking in Quay St. They dont issue tickets just check your name on entry. Nice place...

Wonderful.
An oasis of quality and calm. Table reservation was easy, although I'm not sure we had needed to.
The lunchtime food was excellent, the wine good (not to mention the pot of tea!) and the service just right. To top it off, the prices were very fair.Couldn't have been better. We'll be back.

I am very satisfied with the treatment I received from physio motive.
During the six sessions I received, spanning over the course of two months, I managed to significantly reduce the effects from my tennis elbow that was beginning to encroach more into my work and home life.
My physiotherapist Emily was very knowledgeable and treated my issue effectively. I was instructed on a number of exercises to do at home that were effective and easy to follow. The treatment I received at the sessions were a mixture of stretches, massages and acupuncture that did a great job of getting to the root of the problem.

To summarize, I found my experience of physio motive to be very positive and via the techniques I was give, I feel I can greatly reduce the likelihood that my tennis elbow would become as exacerbated as it was.

I was seeing Bradie regularly for a time and he was always very compassionate, helpful and understanding of my issues. He is extremely competent in his diagnosis and treatment skills and always made me feel reassured and comfortable. My only reason for stopping seeing him was I moved out of the area. I already know it’s going to be tough finding someone I trust as much as him. I also saw his colleague Emily on one occasion and she was also very skilled at her job. I highly recommend Physio Motive as a place to go if you have ongoing pain or mobility issues, they will be able to guide you expertly and will make you feel very at ease. Thank for everything Bradie!

Epic roast dinner with tender beef, giant yorkshire pudding and perfectly cooked veggies. Friendly, efficient service and a lovely ambience. This charming pub is in a gorgeous “chocolate box” village with lots of footpaths to enjoy a walk before or after you eat. Follow the gravel path alongside the back garden, over a bridge and up onto the fields for some gorgeous views!
