Sale of Guildhall Cott & Purchase of 7 The Village
Was very happy with Georgina and her team - they made other conveyancing solicitors look dilatory, slow and unresponsive. I would (and indeed have already have) recommend her to others. Unfortunately as we have moved 250 miles we are not really in a position to use Atkins Dellow in the future.

House buying made easy
A very pleasant experience of buying a house. Things moved quickly, so quickly in fact it was me that was struggling to keep up! Georgina was lovely to deal with easy to contact, and very thorough in her work. Will be Using Atkins Dellow and Georgina (if possible) again.

Easy and straightforward
Georgina kept me updated on a regular basis and this made something that seemed perhaps a little daunting to a layman, very straightforward and hassle free.

Excellent Service
Jody and the team at Atkins Dellow who handled the sale of my leasehold property worked extremely hard to get the sale done, the process proved extremely difficult as the freeholder had changed causing much delay and frustration, without the constant chasing and determination from the team I’m am convinced the sale would have fallen through . They kept we and the buyers solicitors well informed at all times .

We used Maia and her team to write our Wills and LPAs and couldn’t be happier with the service we received. Maia was calm and knowledgeable, explaining all considerations clearly.
