I would highly recommend Bradie at Physio Motive.
I brought my 7 year old son to see Bradie after he picked up an injury playing football, Bradie recommended some stretching exercises to help ease the discomfort. After a couple of weeks my son was back playing football and scoring goals again.

I’m delighted to have found The Fox for a Sunday lunch - simply the best I’ve had in ages.
Opted for the beef, which was delivered on a warmed plate beautifully pink and not swimming in gravy. Roast potato’s that were fluffy and crispy, clearly not having been sat around all day.
Lastly a selection of fresh vegetables - the cauliflower cheese was to die for !
The restaurant is very spacious and people are only dining so it’s a peaceful environment in which to enjoy a superb Sunday lunch.
