I first visited Physio Motive with low expectations that anything could be done to stop my ankle pain and long term shoulder pain, having been to several other local physios. Well, we developed some ankle exercises and with the support of a podiatrist my ankle is pretty much better (I’m back to running as much as I like☺️). But, it is the shoulder improvement that has most amazed me. I’ve had wrenching pain in them for over 5 years. Two very simple exercises from the lovely Bradie and I now have full range of pain free movement and can work on getting some real strength into them! He listens really well and was able to answer all my pseudo-technical queries! Thank you 🤩🤩🤩
