I have just met Brady the physiotherapist at Physio Motive as I had damaged my right knee the day before after landing heavily on it. After an expert thorough examination of the knee in question he treated it with skilled gentle massage and gentle movement and stretching and then showed me exactly what I had done to my knee with use of a model knee showing all the ligaments, tendons and muscles. Then he showed me two gentle exercises to do every day and I will see him in two weeks time to check everything is okay.
I could not have been more impressed by Brady and would not hesitate to recommend him to anybody I know. I feel very lucky that he had a last minute cancellation today! 🙂

From initial meetings to ultrasound scans and then multiple sessions of shockwave therapy, every step was explained and thorough! I feel confident enough to continue my recovery and should I ever need go back for more help
